Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance/Accounts Payable professional for a 6 + 6 months contract. The role involves handling expenditure processes, claims processing in SAP Concur, and ensuring timely reimbursements.

You will manage invoices, payments, month-end closings, and data analysis to support accurate financial records. Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy with 2–3+ years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP Concur.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy with relevant working experience.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, finance operations or shared services is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP Concur and related finance systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key contact for divisions and guidance on expenditure processes.
• Review and process employee claims in inhouse Claims app and SAP Concur; ensure timely reimbursement.
