Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Contract to Perm Finance Officer to support clients with Accounts Payable processes. The role requires handling AP invoices in Coupa and SAP, supplier reconciliations, and assist with year-end and audits.

The ideal candidate holds at least a Diploma in Accountancy with 1 year of relevant experience and practical knowledge of Compass, Coupa, and SAP ECC/HANA. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience using Compass/Coupa and SAP ECC/HANA.

Responsibilities

• Record AP invoices accurately and timely via Coupa and SAP.
• Perform monthly supplier statement of accounts reconciliation.
• Ensure timely closing of Accounts Payable.
• Follow up on Certificate of Residence for withholding tax.
• Support year-end and internal audit activities.
• Handle queries and advise on Coupa PO/GRN/Invoices/Invoice Form/Approval Chain and related matters.
• Upload weekly and monthly exchange rates to SAP and Coupa.
• Perform GRN exchange rate posting and confirm rounding differences for clearing.
• Check and approve Supplier Onboarding Forms and Banking Forms, including handling queries.
• Create and update vendor and bank details in SAP for non-Compass vendors.
• Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of AP processes.
• Search IR-related documents for year-end and internal audit purposes.
• Perform verifier and approver duties, including updating entitlement and reconciliation.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
