Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to process and record AP invoices via Coupa and SAP, ensure timely month-end close, and support audits. This role handles vendor onboarding, keeps vendor and bank details current, and assists with withholding tax documentation and exchange rate updates.

The ideal candidate has at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent and is meticulous, able to manage multiple stakeholder queries, and contribute to ongoing process improvements

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Process and record Accounts Payable invoices accurately via Coupa and SAP.
• Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
• Support timely month-end and year-end AP closing.
• Handle vendor onboarding and maintain vendor/bank details in SAP.
• Assist with withholding tax documentation and exchange rate updates.
• Handle AP queries relating to PO, GRN, invoices and approval workflows.
• Support internal and year-end audits.
• Identify and support improvements to AP processes.
