Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an Accounts Payable assistant for a 6 months contract in Singapore. Training provided. You will record and process AP invoices via Coupa and SAP, reconcile supplier statements, and support monthly closings.

Requirements include a Diploma in Accountancy and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with hands-on Coupa and SAP ECC/HANA skills. Office hours, Monday to Friday, renewal possible.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of relevant AP experience.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa and SAP ECC/HANA.

Responsibilities

• Record and process Accounts Payable invoices via Coupa and SAP.
• Reconcile monthly supplier statements and assist year-end closing.
• Handle inquiries on Coupa PO/GRN, invoices and approval workflows.
• Update vendor and bank details in SAP and support audits.
