Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to manage accurate recording of vendor invoices via Coupa and SAP, and to perform monthly statement reconciliations.

The role requires a Diploma in Accountancy, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and strong MS Excel skills; you will support year-end audits and drive process improvements within the AP function.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant AP/finance experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely recording of AP invoices via Coupa and SAP.
• Reconcile monthly supplier statements.
• Ensure timely closing of Accounts Payable.
• Handle supplier onboarding and banking details in SAP.
• Support year-end and internal audits.
• Process exceptions and advise on PO/GRN/invoices.
