Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage invoicing via Coupa and SAP and to support monthly closings. You will handle vendor onboarding, maintain bank details, and assist with tax documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with SAP and Coupa is preferred, along with a Diploma in Accountancy. This role focuses on accuracy, timely processing, and continuous process improvements in AP workflows.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Process and record Accounts Payable invoices via Coupa and SAP.
• Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
• Support timely month-end and year-end AP closing.
• Handle vendor onboarding and maintain vendor/bank details in SAP.
• Assist with withholding tax documentation and exchange rate updates.
• Handle AP queries relating to PO, GRN, invoices and approval workflows.
• Support internal and year-end audits.
• Identify and support improvements to AP processes.
