Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record AP invoices accurately and timely via Coupa and SAP.
• Reconcile monthly supplier statements.
• Ensure timely AP closing.
• Follow up on withholding tax certificates.
• Assist year-end and internal audit processes.
• Handle queries related to Coupa PO/GRN/Invoices and approvals.
• Upload exchange rates to SAP and Coupa.
• Approve vendor and banking details; manage onboarding checks.
• Maintain vendor and bank records in SAP for non-Compass vendors.
• Suggest process improvements to AP efficiency.
