Job summary

NEXBRIDGE Recruitment Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an accounting professional to manage full sets of accounts, including AR/AP, bank reconciliation, GST submissions, and reporting for management.

The role requires liaising with auditors, banks, and government authorities, handling asset inventory, and supporting e-commerce payment reconciliation, with filing and documentation duties.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, bank reconciliation and full sets of accounts.
• Manage payment schedules and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare daily and weekly financial reports for Management.
• Prepare daily sales, bank balance and credit card reconciliation reports.
• Handle GST submissions, audit documentation and financial records.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, government authorities and external parties on accounting matters.
• Manage petty cash, reimbursements and bank deposits.
• Prepare fixed asset depreciation reports and commission statements.
• Conduct monthly inventory stock takes and manage asset/inventory disposal and write-offs.
• Assist with e-commerce payment reconciliation and related accounting matters.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
