Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a meticulous Finance Officer to support a public agency with accounts and reporting duties. The role offers a contract through January 2027 and a salary up to SGD 3,000 per month, working Monday to Friday in the Pasir Ris area.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma with at least 2 years of accounting experience and is proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office. Singaporeans only are eligible.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams on account reviews and ensure timely submission of accounts.
• Support the submission and verification of administrative reports.
• Assist in developing training materials for staff training programmes.
• Cover the duties and responsibilities of the Manager (Finance) during their absence.
• Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as required by superiors.
