Job summary

TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Receivable assistant to manage daily finance operations, handle invoicing for local and export projects, and reconcile payments. The role requires a diploma or ITE in accounting or finance with hands-on Excel and ERP experience.

Construction industry exposure is a plus; training is provided, and you will support the finance team and regulatory reporting while handling ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or Business.
• Training provided.
• Relevant Accounts Receivable experience.
• Construction industry experience is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Experience with Sage 300 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable and daily finance operations.
• Handle invoicing for local projects, export sales, service and maintenance.
• Update and reconcile payments and outstanding receivables.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and financial reports.
• Support regulatory reporting and other finance schedules.
• Assist the finance team during periods of absence.
• Handle other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
