BMG Hospitality PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to build and operate the HR function for a growing hospitality business in Singapore.

The role emphasizes practical delivery across HRMS, recruitment CRM, frontline recruitment, payroll and employee relations, with AI tools integrated into daily workflows. The ideal candidate will design and implement HR processes, create clear job descriptions and onboarding walkthroughs, and work closely with management to ensure compliant Singapore

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR Manager with end-to-end HR delivery.
• Experience building HRMS and recruitment CRM.
• Experience recruiting frontline hospitality staff (Front Desk / Guest Experience, Housekeepers).

Responsibilities

• Build and operate HRMS covering employee records, payroll, onboarding and offboarding.
• Create central recruitment CRM with job descriptions, candidate profiles and hiring history.
• Recruit frontline staff for Front Desk/Guest Experience, Housekeepers, Restaurant staff, Chefs.
• Prepare job descriptions, onboarding SOPs and candidate briefings.
• Manage payroll administration and attendance/leave records.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinaries and disputes.
• Use AI tools daily to increase HR productivity.
