Job summary

Ministry of Manpower is seeking a meticulous finance professional to join the Finance Management function. The role leads revenue collection, accounts receivable and revenue contracting for ACE Group’s Onboard Centres and Recreation Centres, including tenancy agreements and arrears monitoring.

You will engage stakeholders to resolve billing issues, ensure compliance with government finance requirements, and drive process improvements through SOP development and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue collection and revenue contracting for centres; oversee tenancy agreements and arrears.
• Provide oversight of reconciliation checks and regular reporting on revenue collection.
• Recommend actions for outstanding payments, waivers and write-offs.
• Engage internal and external parties on billing, payments, and compliance matters.
• Strengthen governance and compliance with government policies and MOM guidelines.
• Drive process improvements through SOPs and automation.
