Qualifications

• Understanding of Public Sector finance from budget to pay.
• Experience in public agencies is a plus
• Meticulous and data-driven
• Ability to translate policy changes from Central Agencies
• Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or equivalent
• Strong writing and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement and revenue contracting advice to divisions to ensure policy compliance.
• Review internal procurement and revenue contracting policies and develop best-practice approaches.
• Prepare and conduct training; create user guides on procurement matters.
• Perform procurement and revenue contracting analytics for management updates and audits.
• Lead change management for onboarding of new systems or revised work processes; engage stakeholders.
• Review processes to identify improvements, including digitization and automation tools.
• Process procurement and revenue contracting submissions.
• Handle other Finance-related matters.
