LTA Land Transport Authority is seeking a Deputy Manager, 2 Collections, Receivables and Refunds to safeguard financial interests and ensure timely collection of monies owed by contractors and external parties. The role combines operational oversight with financial reporting and governance in a dynamic public sector environment.

You will drive end-to-end collections, refunds, and KPI reporting while leading a team and collaborating with operations, legal, and project units.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience in collections, receivables, or revenue management is an advantage.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and data analytics tools.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end collections, billing processes and dispute resolution.
• Ensure SB-FRS-compliant accounting for collections and refunds; prepare schedules.
• Maintain SOPs and internal regulations aligned with government finance.
• Drive process improvements and digitalisation with analytics, RPA, and AI.
• Produce management reports on ageing, balances and KPIs for leadership.
• Lead the team, set objectives, and develop staff.
