Job summary

CPG Facilities Management Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance role to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and control processes. The position involves managing grants, assets, inter-fund transfers, and tax reporting to ensure compliance with local regulations.

The successful candidate will supervise Finance Assistants/Officers, support AR, AP and GL activities, and handle ad-hoc duties as needed within a 2-year renewable contract.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting/ Finance/ LCCI with 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Town Council and full-set accounting.
• Strong analytical thinking, able to handle tight timelines and stress.
• Meticulous and able to work independently and as a team player.
• Prior experience in staff management and starting within a short period will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, perform budgetary controls and manage arrears.
• Manage grants and assets management, inter-funds transfers, tax reporting.
• Monitor and comply with local regulations and Town Council financial reporting guidelines.
• Prepare and review annual budget.
• Ensure proper records of transactions and drive strong financial controls.
• Provide guidance to Finance Assistants and/or Officers and assist in AR, AP and GL where necessary.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct superior.
