Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Executive (Grants) to manage budgeting, grant administration, and financial reporting for research activities.

You will work with researchers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth financial operations. The role requires a min. diploma/degree in business or finance, at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Min. 1 year of experience in finance operations/research administration/grant management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong attention to detail
• Experience in SAP is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Financial and grant budgeting and cost tracking across projects.
• Prepare fund requisitions and statements of accounts.
• Support grant audits with documentation and responses.
• Maintain SAP records and ensure accurate manpower cost allocation.
• Monitor grant utilisation and assist project teams.
