Job summary

South Central Community Family Service Centre Limited seeks a Finance Executive for a one-year full-time contract in Singapore. You will support day-to-day finance, process AP/AR, reconciliations and audits, and assist with budgets and donor reporting.

The role reports to the Senior Finance Executive in the Finance Department and is based at Blk 5 Delta Avenue #01-09, Singapore 160005. Fresh graduates are welcomed with relevant accounting background.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; relevant certification considered.
• Two years of accounting experience; fresh graduates will be considered.
• Understanding of bookkeeping principles; AP/AR or bank reconciliation advantageous.
• Familiarity with Excel and accounting systems; NetSuite is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable, including PO, supplier invoices, staff claims and payments.
• Record accounts receivable, receipts and donations; follow up on outstanding items.
• Post GL and bank transactions, accruals and prepayments per policy.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, schedules and documents for month/year end.
• Maintain fixed assets, filing records with clear audit trails and confidentiality.
• Support management reports, budgets, grant claims and funding reports with data.
• Update donation records in IRAS portal for tax receipts and donor acknowledgments.
• Assist finance system administration and process improvements.
