Singapore Polytechnic's Professional and Adult Continuing Education (PACE) Academy is seeking a Finance professional to join the PACE Finance team, focusing on budget control, cashflow monitoring and timely financial reporting.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of experience in financial operations and/or accounting.
• Positive attitude towards challenging situations.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Public Sector Organisations or training institutions is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Support the preparation of budget forecast.
• Prepare budget submissions (operating and adhoc requests).
• Monitor and report utilisation of approved budget across PACE.
• Monitor and ensure sufficient cashflow for PACE business needs.
• Support accurate and timely financial reporting (adhoc and routine).
• Analyse financial reports to provide insights for management attention.
• Advise internal stakeholders on finance policies and procedures.
• Manage and respond to external enquiries as required.
• Drive continuous improvement of finance processes and controls.
