PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Executive (Grants) to support research activities through financial administration, budgeting, and grant management.

This role collaborates with researchers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and smooth financial operations. The successful candidate will prepare manpower budgets, track grant utilisation, update SAP, and assist with audits. A min.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Min. 1 year of experience in finance operations/ research administration / grant management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in SAP is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare manpower budgets and ensure accurate use of approved cost rates.
• Check budget and headcount availability for project hiring requests.
• Verify monthly manpower allocation with project leads.
• Update SAP to ensure staff costs are charged correctly.
• Track FTE, expenditure, and utilisation against approved budgets.
• Review charging information and resolve any discrepancies.
• Allocate bonuses and related manpower costs to projects.
• Monitor grant utilisation and alert project teams of low balances.
