Job summary

The Work Project Management PTE LTD in Singapore invites applications for an Assistant Finance Manager. The role reports to the Finance Manager and focuses on handling full sets of accounts, financial analysis, and business partnering with operations.

You will lead coaching of Finance Associates, manage AR/AP, tax reporting, budgeting, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Handle full sets of accounts, including AR and AP, and tax reporting.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets and forecasts for stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication and ability to lead and coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and budgets for internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle the full sets of accounts (including AR and AP) and tax reporting for selected entities and business operations.
• Implement and execute departmental and organisational controls and procedures.
• Business partnering with Operations, Sales and other departments.
• Manage and provide coaching to Finance Associates within the Department.
• Assist the Finance Manager and Head of Finance on other projects, where necessary.
