qlub is seeking a proactive People Partner Intern to support growth in Singapore. You will own core People processes from onboarding to reporting, collaborating with operators to turn frictionless payments into business momentum, and shaping People programs in a fast-moving fintech environment.

• Onboarding & offboarding: run the end-to-end process for new hires and separations
• Recruitment: own the hiring workflow, research talent, draft descriptions, coordinate interviews
• People reporting: prepare monthly headcount and HR metric reports
• HR systems & records: maintain accurate, current, audit-ready employee records
• Team engagement: plan and run monthly team events from concept to budget
• Regional & ad hoc operations: coordinate travel, swag kits, and cross-country People operations

The role

qlub is scaling fast across markets worldwide, and we look for people who take real ownership of their work. As our next People Partner Intern, you'll help drive our growth in Singapore: building, shipping, and delivering results from day one. You'll work closely with operators and partners to turn frictionless payments into real growth for restaurants. If you thrive in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Own

• Onboarding & offboarding: Run the full process end-to-end. You'll make sure every new hire feels prepared and welcome on day one, and that every departure is handled with care and professionalism
• Recruitment: Own the hiring workflow. You'll research talent and markets, review and draft job descriptions, coordinate interviews, keep pipelines organized, and represent qlub at career events. You'll shape the candidate experience, not just schedule it.
• People reporting: Prepare our monthly People report on headcount and key HR metrics. Leadership relies on it, so accuracy matters.
• HR systems & records: Maintain employee records and HR systems so they're accurate, current and audit-ready.
• Team engagement: Plan and run our monthly team engagement event, from concept to budget to execution, and help build the culture people talk about.
• Regional & ad hoc operations: Coordinate business trips, build and send employee swag kits, and jump into whatever comes up. The work is varied, and you'll see how People operations run across multiple countries.
