Job summary

digiDations is a Singapore-based AI-native cybersecurity startup seeking a Finance Executive to own day-to-day finance operations. You will manage GL, AR/AP, bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and monthly reporting, with growing responsibilities in budgeting and forecasting as the company scales.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in accounting/finance, familiarity with Singapore GST, strong Excel/Xero skills, and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset suited to a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–3 years of accounting/finance experience, with cash flow or management reporting exposure.
• Familiarity with Singapore GST and tax filing; willing to learn on the job.
• Proficiency with Xero and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger with month-end/year-end closing.
• Prepare monthly P&L and balance sheet for management review.
• Own the AR process end-to-end: invoicing, collections, reconciliation.
• Manage AP: verify invoices and process payments.
• Monitor cash flow and support cash planning.
• Assist budgeting/forecasting and track actuals vs budget.
• Prepare management reports and financial summaries.
• Assist with Singapore GST/tax filings with external agents.
• Run AR aging analysis and assess provisions.
• Support ad-hoc finance tasks and process improvements.
