Job summary

Partior, a growing fintech with HQ in Singapore, seeks a hands-on Finance Manager to own the end-to-end finance function in Singapore and India. You will manage day-to-day operations, oversee outsourced vendors, and partner with leadership on strategic initiatives.

You will own the actuals, controls, and compliance, while FP&A focuses on forecasting and budgeting. This role sits alongside FP&A to provide a complete financial picture for the Head of Finance.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant. CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
• Around 8 to 12 years of progressive finance experience, including full-set accounting and management reporting in fintech or high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing outsourced accounting/payroll vendors and delivering on commitments.
• Working knowledge of Singapore tax and statutory requirements; exposure to India compliance is advantageous.
• Statutory accounts preparation and audit management.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with cloud accounting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end finance function for the group across Singapore and India.
• Oversee outsourced accounting vendors in both markets and act as finance business partner to leadership.
• Manage month-end close, journals, accruals, reconciliations, intercompany, and close calendar.
• Lead statutory reporting, audit processes, and group consolidation across three jurisdictions.
• Oversee AR, AP, billing and collections, and drive automation of invoicing.
• Coordinate tax and compliance activities (GST, corporate tax, India compliance).
• Hands-on in selecting and rolling out a new accounting system and integrating it with billing/CRM.
• Document controls and processes, close gaps from rapid growth.
• Coordinate payroll accounting across entities with People Function.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to own the end-to-end finance function for a growing fintech with operations in Singapore (HQ) and India (subsidiary). This is a sole-contributor role with broad scope: you will manage day-to-day finance operations, oversee our outsourced accounting vendors in both markets, and act as the finance business partner to leadership. The role suits someone comfortable operating at both detail level (reviewing journal entries, chasing invoices) and strategic level (cash runway, board reporting).

It sits alongside FP&A rather than under it. Your colleague owns forecasting, budgeting and business partnering. You own the actuals, the controls and the compliance. Between you, the Head of Finance gets a complete picture.

What you\'ll own

Month-end close. Full ownership across our entities. Journals, accruals, reconciliations, intercompany, and a close calendar people actually hit.

Statutory reporting and audit. Preparing the statutory accounts, running the audit process with our auditors, and being the person who knows where every number came from.

Consolidation. Group consolidation across three jurisdictions, including FX translation.

Transactional finance. AR, AP, billing and collections. Invoicing currently runs manually out of one person\'s inbox. You\'ll own it and you\'ll automate it.

Tax and compliance. Singapore GST returns, corporate tax coordination, and supporting the Head of Finance as required..

Systems implementation. You\'ll be hands-on in selecting and rolling out an accounting system and integrating it with billing and CRM. This is a build, not a maintenance job.

Controls and process. Documenting what we do, putting proper controls in place, and closing the gaps that come with having grown fast on manual processes.

Payroll coordination. Working with the People Function on payroll accounting across our entities.

What you\'ll need

Qualified accountant. CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA or equivalent.

Around 8 to 12 years of progressive finance experience, including full-set accounting and management reporting; startup, fintech, or high-growth environment

Demonstrated experience managing outsourced accounting/payroll vendors and holding them to deliverables

Working knowledge of Singapore tax and statutory requirements; exposure to India compliance (GST, TDS, ROC, statutory audit) highly advantageous

Statutory accounts preparation and audit management.

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with cloud accounting platforms (e.g. Xero, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Zoho)

Multi-entity consolidation.

Comfortable as a sole finance operator: pragmatic, detail-oriented, able to prioritise across two jurisdictions with limited supervision

Strong communication skills; able to translate finance matters for non-finance stakeholders and senior leadership
