Job summary

AnyMind Group in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive to support daily accounting operations for our Singapore entities. You will handle AP, AR, cash reconciliations, and expense claims, while assisting with monthly closes and finance projects to drive strategic initiatives.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for rapid growth and exposure to AI-enabled tools. Applicants should be Singapore Citizens or PRs seeking a rewarding finance career.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or ACCA Level 1 or equivalent professional qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling large datasets.
• Hands-on familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Experience with cloud accounting software NetSuite is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process and record supplier invoices (AP) accurately into the accounting system and execute payments across platforms.
• Maintain daily AR tracking, update records, and prepare monthly revenue reconciliation reports.
• Monitor and reconcile daily cash across bank accounts and complete monthly bank reconciliations.
• Review and process employee expense claims for payment.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• Oversee document filing systems and assist with ad-hoc finance projects.
