digiDations is a Singapore-based AI-native cybersecurity company building Autonomous Cyber Defense to help organizations replace security assumptions with measurable confidence.
We're looking for a Finance Executive to own our day-to-day finance operations and support the company's broader financial management as we grow. This role covers GL, AR/AP, bank reconciliation, cash flow monitoring, and monthly financial reporting, with growing responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting as the company scales. As a fast-moving startup, we're looking for someone who takes ownership of the numbers, adapts well to a startup environment, and brings strong teamwork and communication skills.
Maintain the general ledger: journal entries, reconciliations, and accurate month-end and year-end closing.
Prepare monthly P&L and balance sheet, along with supporting schedules, for management review.
Own the AR process end to end: invoicing customers, chasing collections, and reconciling accounts.
Manage AP: verify invoices, work with vendors, and process payments via bank transfer or GIRO.
Monitor cash flow and support cash planning to ensure healthy liquidity.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes, and help track actuals against budget.
Prepare management reports and financial summaries to support business decisions.
Help keep us compliant with Singapore GST and tax filing, working alongside our external tax agents and auditors.
Run periodic AR aging analysis and assess bad debt and provisions.
Support ad-hoc finance tasks and process improvements as the company grows.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally including some exposure to cash flow, budgeting, or management reporting.
Some familiarity with Singapore GST and tax filing. You don't need to be an expert, just willing to learn on the job.
Comfortable with accounting software (Xero) and strong in Excel.
Sharp eye for detail and solid analytical skills.
Good communicator. You'll work with our internal team, and may liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and vendors.
Comfortable in afast-pacedstartup environment and open to growing the role's scope over time.
Prior experience in a technology company or B2B industry is a plus.
