Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an Accounts Payable professional in Singapore to process and record supplier invoices with accuracy and timeliness. You will support month-end closings, supplier reconciliations, and vendor master data updates, while liaising with internal teams on invoice and payment queries.

The role requires a Diploma in Accountancy, at least 1 year of AP experience, and proficiency in Excel; SAP or similar ERP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounts payable experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and record accounts payable invoices accurately and timely.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Support monthly closing activities for accounts payable.
• Handle vendor-related matters including onboarding and master data updates.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on invoice, PO, and payment queries.
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support year-end and internal audit requirements.
• Update exchange rates and perform related reconciliation checks.
• Identify and support process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
