Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a six-month contract Accounts Payable specialist to support the processing of supplier invoices via Coupa and SAP ECC/HANA and to assist with month-end close.

You will ensure timely payment, perform supplier reconciliations, maintain vendor records in SAP, and support audits. A Diploma in Accountancy and at least 1 year of AP experience are preferred. Office hours are Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa and SAP ECC/HANA.

Responsibilities

• Record and process AP invoices via Coupa and SAP.
• Perform monthly supplier reconciliations.
• Support timely AP close and year-end activities.
• Handle vendor onboarding and banking data in SAP.
• Assist with process improvements in AP.
