BESTCOAT CONTRACT SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage all daily accounting activities and oversee monthly, quarterly and annual close processes. The role includes preparing budgets and rolling forecasts, and coordinating with regulatory authorities for statutory and tax submissions.

The position also involves overseeing audits, cash flow forecasting, and maintaining detailed financial records to ensure accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Poltechnic Diploma in Accounting or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience in a local construction firm.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all daily accounting activities.
• Oversee the monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities.
• Prepare annual budget and rolling forecast for Profit & Loss.
• Act as liaison with regulatory authorities on statutory matters.
• Ensure all statutory and tax returns are prepared and filed accurately and timely.
• Oversee annual statutory audit and preparation of accounts/reports for compliance.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and control processes.
• Maintain organized records of all financial transactions.
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job Description

• 4) Prepare annual budget, rolling forecast for Profit & Loss
• 5) Acts as a liaison and coordinates with the relevant regulatory authorities on various statutory
• 6) Ensures all statutory and tax returns are prepared and filed in an accurate and timely manner
• 7) Oversees the annual statutory audit and preparation of annual accounts / financial statements and reports for compliance with local government regulations and relevant financial and accounting standards
• 8) Manages cash flow forecasting and control processes
• 9) Maintains organized set of detailed records of all financial transactions
• 10) Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management

Job Requirements

• 1) Min. Polytechnic Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• 2) At least 5 Years of working experience in local construction firm is required
• 3) Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software
