R.J. Crocker Consultants Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to take charge of the full set of accounts and support month-end closing, budgeting, and cashflow projections for multiple projects.

You will report to the Finance Director and collaborate across departments to ensure timely financial statements, tax submissions, and profitability analysis. Prior audit exposure and strong attitude are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or professional qualification in accountancy is required.
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience.
• Able to multitask and work with cross departments.
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines.
• Independent with minimal supervision.

• Prepare progress claims and submissions to client.
• Prepare month end closing.
• Prepare cashflow projection analysis and budgeting for each project.
• Prepare monthly management reports, yearly budget and profitability analysis.
• In-charge of audit process.
• Prepare CPF, GST and tax submissions.
• Monitor stand-in arrangements and provide costing advice.
• Prepare and process invoices.
• Manage bank loans, facilities and hire purchases.
