Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, or audit experience; Singapore-based or multinational preferred.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and high-potential finance professional to join our Singapore team. The successful candidate will support the Finance Manager in managing daily financial operations, financial reporting, budgeting, internal control enhancement, and finance digitalization initiatives.

This role is suitable for a finance professional with solid accounting fundamentals, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for improving financial management through data analysis, process optimization, and digital tools.

The role will be responsible for supporting the full lifecycle management of accounts receivable and accounts payable, including collection monitoring, payment management, reconciliation, and process improvement, to enhance cash flow efficiency and strengthen financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management & reporting

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial reporting.
• Assist the Finance Manager in preparing and reviewing financial reports, management reports, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• Support the annual budgeting process, including budget preparation, variance analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Perform financial data analysis and provide insights on business performance, cost management, and operational efficiency.
• Support internal and external audit coordination and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.

2. Financial Control & Process Improvement

• Assist in strengthening financial controls, accounting procedures, and internal management processes by identifying improvement opportunities and supporting initiatives to enhance finance operation efficiency.
• Manage the full lifecycle of accounts receivable, including customer credit assessment, billing and invoice management, collection monitoring, receipt reconciliation. Enhance accounts receivable management procedures, controls, and reporting.
• Participate in finance digitalization projects, including automation of reporting processes, data analysis tools implementation, and optimization of existing finance systems.
• Promote better integration between finance data and business operations through effective data management and analysis.

3. Taxation & Accounting Operations

• Support tax compliance activities, including corporate income tax, GST, withholding tax, and other tax-related matters.Identifying and mitigating potential tax risks.
• Support tax planning initiatives by analyzing business transactions and providing recommendations to improve tax efficiency while maintaining compliance with relevant tax regulations.

4. Other Duties

• Support the Finance Manager in daily finance team management and special projects.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and perform other duties assigned by management.

• 1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
• 2.3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, or audit. Experience in Singapore-based companies or multinational companies is preferred.
• 3.Strong accounting fundamentals with good understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and management accounting.
• 4.Strong analytical mindset with excellent numerical skills and attention to detail. Ability to analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights.
• 5.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• 6.Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn, with the potential to grow into a finance management role.
• 7.Strong interest and capability in finance digitalization. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, data analysis, automation tools, etc.); experience in applying AI tools or data analytics tools in finance work is an advantage.
• 8.Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, SCTP, or equivalent are preferred.
