Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking a Deputy Manager, Finance Systems Transformation to help implement a new WoG Finance ERP system. You will work with finance, technology and project stakeholders to transform how finance operations are delivered, focusing on Corporate Finance and Accounts Payable, including requirements, design, testing and data validation.

Qualifications

• Finance experience in AP, budgeting, and reporting.
• Understanding of governance, internal controls and compliance.
• Ability to design future-state finance processes.
• Experience with requirements gathering and testing.
• Strong communication across finance and IT teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in change management and data migration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review Corporate Finance and Accounts Payable processes, identify gaps and design future-state processes.
• Assess ERP features against business requirements and governance needs.
• Translate operational needs into clear business requirements.
• Develop and execute test scenarios including UAT.
• Support data migration with data quality checks and reconciliation.
• Support change management with stakeholder engagement and training.
• Maintain functional documentation and specifications.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
