Job summary

Deloitte Singapore, part of the SEA Finance & Enterprise Performance Practice, is seeking an experienced ERP Functional Lead to deliver cloud-based ERP finance solutions, including Workday Financials. You will work with CFOs and finance executives, lead workshops, and design target state processes across multiple industries.

We expect 6-10 years of consulting experience, strong accounting knowledge, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Cloud-based Finance ERP experience.
• Workday Financials experience and certification is a plus.
• 6-10 years working experience with at least one-two full life cycle ERP implementations.
• Strong finance processes knowledge and accounting principles.
• Experience in consulting and agile delivery.
• Excellent English communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in workshops and interviews to analyze finance processes.
• Design target ERP solution and align with best practices.
• Document ERP processes and reports.
• Support change management with training materials.
• Lead project teams and ensure timely delivery.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
