Job summary

LTA Land Transport Authority seeks a Deputy Manager, Finance Systems Transformation to drive a major Finance ERP implementation. You will work with finance, technology and external partners to assess current processes, define requirements and ensure the solution delivers intended business outcomes, focusing on Corporate Finance and Accounts Payable.

Qualifications

• Relevant knowledge or professional experience in Accountancy, Finance, Business Information Systems or a related discipline, preferably involving process improvement or transformation.
• Good working knowledge of finance functions and processes, such as Accounts Payable, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis or Corporate Finance, including governance, internal controls and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills with ability to translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across finance and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Review existing Corporate Finance and Accounts Payable processes, controls and performance measures; identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Assess proposed Finance ERP features and process designs against business requirements and governance; recommend improvements.
• Partner finance and project stakeholders to translate operational needs into clear requirements.
• Develop and execute business test scenarios, including User Acceptance Testing; ensure system solutions meet requirements.
• Support data migration by reviewing data requirements, data quality issues and reconciliation controls.
• Support change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, training and guidance materials.
• Maintain functional documentation such as process maps, business requirements and specifications.
• Support post-implementation maintenance and continuous improvement by coordinating issues and enhancements.
• Monitor functional progress, risks and deliverables; provide updates to stakeholders.
