Job summary

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a Deputy Manager, Finance Systems Transformation to lead the functional implementation of a new WoG Finance ERP system, collaborating with finance, technology and external partners to transform how finance operations are delivered.

You will work on requirements gathering, process design, testing, data validation and change management to drive post-implementation improvements, with a focus on Corporate Finance and Accounts Payable.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in Accountancy, Finance, BIS or related discipline.
• Knowledge of finance functions such as Accounts Payable and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to translate findings into recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across finance and tech.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Strong time management to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review Corporate Finance and Accounts Payable processes to identify gaps and design future-state processes.
• Assess Finance ERP features against requirements and governance needs.
• Translate operational needs into clear business and functional requirements.
• Develop and execute test scenarios including UAT to verify solutions meet needs.
• Support data migration by reviewing data requirements and validating quality.
• Assist change management with stakeholder engagement and training.
• Maintain functional documentation like process maps and specifications.
• Coordinate post-implementation improvements and assess impacts.
• Monitor progress, risks, and deliverables across the functional workstream.
