Job summary

Singapore Public Service is seeking a Finance transformation and operations professional to join the Finance and Procurement department. You will drive automation, data integrity, governance, and end-to-end process improvements across accounts, reporting, and procurement.

The role covers system integration with Workday, Power BI, and ERP workflows, stakeholder engagement, and change management. A background in accounting/finance and relevant certifications are desirable; the contract starts for

Qualifications

• Relevant background in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA Singapore, CPA Australia or equivalent would be advantageous.
• Experience with Workday is an added advantage.
• Experience with Workday, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, AI‑enabled solutions or similar digital platforms will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Finance Systems Integration & Digital Enablement: translate policy, operational, and reporting requirements into well‑governed system, integration, and AI‑supported solutions.
• Finance Administration & Operations Support: support accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, budgeting, and procurement administration to improve efficiency and controls.
• Process Optimisation and Continuous Improvement: drive transformation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve governance across finance, procurement and corporate services.
• Data Stewardship: manage financial datasets with focus on accuracy, auditability and governance; support master data and reporting datasets.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Change Support: align digital initiatives with organisational priorities and support change management.
