WGT EHR PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead ERP implementation and finance transformation within an established construction group.

You will report to the CFO, strengthen financial operations, project accounting, reporting and internal controls while driving the rollout of a new ERP system. The role requires a degree in accounting or finance with professional qualification (CA/ACCA/CPA), at least 8 years in finance, and hands-on experience in construction/project

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accounting or Finance with a professional qualification (CA/ACCA/CPA)
• Minimum 8 years in finance and accounting, preferably in construction/engineering/property development
• Hands-on construction/project accounting experience: WIP, cost-to-complete, revenue recognition
• ERP implementation experience, full cycle (requirements to go-live)
• Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and internal controls

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation across the Group, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, data migration, UAT, training, go-live and post-implementation support
• Oversee construction/project accounting, including project costing, WIP, cost-to-complete, revenue recognition, subcontractor accounting and project profitability
• Manage financial accounting and reporting, including full sets of accounts, month-end closings, consolidation and management reporting
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management, monitoring project costs and financial performance
• Strengthen finance processes and internal controls, improving ERP workflows and reporting accuracy
