Job summary

Deloitte Singapore is seeking an experienced ERP Functional Lead to join our expanding Workday Finance practice. You will support cloud-based ERP implementations for Finance, engaging with CFOs and finance executives to transform processes and reporting.

Strong consulting experience and Workday certifications are preferred. As a leader, you will guide clients through workshops, design future-state ERP solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value on tight timelines

Qualifications

A well-recognized Degree and preferably a postgraduate qualification.
Cloud based Finance ERP experience.
CPA is a plus for functional consultants.

Responsibilities

Engaging with clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements.
Designing target state ERP solution for clients. Influence clients' thinking in adopting leading/ standard practices while developing target state.
Documenting ERP processes
Preparing deployment progress updates
Reviewing programs and scripts for design interfaces, reports and queries
Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training and supporting users post cutover.
