Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore is seeking a Manager/Deputy Manager, Financial Planning to join the Finance team. You will help ensure governance and controls for initiatives and schemes, and work on budgeting matters, bridging business requirements with technical solutions.

You will also support ERP integration, collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions, drive adoption, and manage contractors to meet contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Possess knowledge in Accountancy, Business Administration, Business Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of project finance functions such as tracking budgets or assets.
• Ability to gather and analyse complex business requirements and translate them to system solutions.
• Solid project management skills: planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Driven, inquisitive mindset with a proactive approach.
• Experience with Python, Power BI or other BI tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to contribute to governance and controls for initiatives/schemes.
• Support day-to-day operations of initiatives/schemes ensuring governance and controls.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and identify suitable solutions including Finance ERP.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement these solutions.
• Drive adoption of changes and provide training and support for new solutions.
• Manage contractors to meet contractual obligations and quality outcomes.
