Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounts, with exposure to payroll operations, fixed asset accounting, or fund management.
• Experience with Workday or equivalent ERP systems is an advantage.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail and able to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day payroll, donations, fixed assets and CDF accounting operations.
• Supervise payroll, statutory contributions and recovery operations for timely, compliant processing.
• Ensure SB-FRS-compliant financial statements for audit and annual reporting.
• Strengthen controls, governance and process improvements across finance functions.
