Job summary

GovTech in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance specialist to manage project code creation, budgeting, and financial reporting. The role covers month/quarter/year-end closings, journal preparation including grant drawdowns and internal charges, and processing payment documentation for NETS charges.

You will also conduct annual stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy and support other operational and financial processes.

Qualifications

• Accounting and financial reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage project code creation and budgeting.
• Prepare financial statements for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end.
• Prepare and process journals for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end including grant drawdown and internal charge.
• Process payment documentation for NETS machine charges.
• Conduct annual stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Provide other operational and financial processes.
