Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferably 2 to 3 years working experience in Finance or Accounting fields.
• GCE 'O' level or Diploma in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Capex & Opex spending within approved budget.
• Extract SAP FI data and collate monthly reports (OPEX).
• Ensure costs are charged to correct GL code and perform reclassifications.
• Highlight budget variances (spend vs budget).
• Provide reports for Quarterly Budget Review to Management.
• Submit supporting documents for monthly and yearly accruals.
• Prepare Intercompany RFI with supporting docs for approvals.
• Consolidate and check budget templates for annual exercises.
• Follow up with users on budget submissions within deadlines.
• Coordinate payment approvals to ensure timely payments.
• Respond to Finance queries on budget, Capex and guidelines.
• Follow up on any unpaid invoices.
• Update FPM approval authority listing.
• Assist in SAP MM annual user review.
• Any other appointments/tasks assigned
