Job summary

SMRT Buses Ltd, a subsidiary of SMRT Corporation, is hiring a finance professional to monitor Capex/Opex within budget and to ensure accurate charge to GL codes. You will extract SAP FI data and prepare monthly OPEX reports for management.

You will support budget reviews, prepare accruals, and assist with intercompany transactions, delivering timely and accurate financial information to the finance team.

Qualifications

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Capex & Opex spending within approved budget.
• Extract SAP FI data and collate monthly OPEX reports.
• Verify finance transactions are charged to correct GL code and Cost Centre; reclassify when needed.
• Highlight variances between budget and actuals.
• Assist in Quarterly Budget Reviews for management.
• Submit supporting documents for monthly and yearly accruals.
• Coordinate Intercompany RFI with supporting docs.
