Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Finance professional to manage SAP-based AP/GL processes, budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting. You will work with senior managers across finance, procurement and operations to ensure accurate data, timely payments and alignment with group policies.

The role covers OPEX and CAPEX monitoring, dashboard preparation and close collaboration to drive governance and data accuracy. Strong analytical skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in SAP Finance modules.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Strong numerical and data accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Create PR/GR using SAP system.
• Process invoice payments.
• Financial data management with accurate entries.
• Budget planning, forecasting and monitoring OPEX and CAPEX.
• Prepare monthly financial performance reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and Technology teams on governance.
• Ensure compliance with finance and procurement policies.
• Handle ad hoc finance tasks as directed by the Finance Lead.
