Job description

Responsibilities

• Contract role
• Manage distribution compensation accounting, including monthly/fortnightly closings, journal postings, provisions, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of compensation to distribution channels while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
• Oversee deferred and long-term incentive schemes, including proper recording, monitoring, and administration.
• Prepare and maintain audit schedules, SOPs, and documentation, serving as the main contact for internal, external, and regulatory audits.
• Support system enhancements and projects, including business requirements, UAT, and troubleshooting production issues.
• Handle reconciliation, risk management, and reporting to ensure financial accuracy and control.
• Administer tax and compliance matters, such as IRAS filings, GST self-billing for agents, and invoice settlements for non-agency channels.
• Provide day-to-day support to agents, channels, and internal teams on compensation-related queries.
• Contribute to company-wide initiatives involving compensation processes or financial operations.
