Advantest Corporation seeks a Finance Business Process Engineer (BPE) – AP to analyze, redesign and optimize accounts payable processes within a global accounting shared services environment in Singapore. The role focuses on driving efficiency, scalability and compliant financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial operations or ERP consulting, with deep Oracle Accounts Payables knowledge and a solution-driven mindset to implement scalable future-state processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
• 5+ years in financial operations, process reengineering, or ERP functional consulting.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Accounts Payables module.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• To ensure quality and integrity of the financial statements in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard) under the Advantest Group reporting and the local statutory reporting requirement.
• To document current-state finance processes, identify redundancies, bottlenecks and control gaps.
• To engineer future-state finance processes aligned with internal controls and accounting standards.
• To partner with IT and cross functional teams to test, deploy and manage changes.
• To translate finance requirements into technical specification for continuous improvement initiatives on workflow automation.
• To create and maintain user guides, conduct training and ensure ongoing compliance and audit readiness.

The Finance Business Process Engineer (BPE) – AP is responsible for analyzing, redesigning and optimizing of the finance business processes for accounts payable , driving efficiency and scalability in a global accounting shared services environment.

The Finance BPE – AP, equipped with a solution-driven mindset, acts as a change agent within the Finance function to challenge and simplify existing processes, implementing scalable future-state solutions to meet the evolving business, regulatory and statutory requirements.

Key Job Responsibilities and duties:

Requirements

Preferred Skills:
