Job summary

ADVANTEST (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a Finance Business Process Engineer (AP) to analyze, redesign and optimize AP processes in a global shared services setting. You will drive efficiency, partner with IT, and implement scalable future-state solutions to meet evolving regulatory and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities include documenting current processes, identifying bottlenecks, and delivering automation that enhances control and reporting accuracy across IFRS and local standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
• 5+ years in financial operations, process reengineering, or ERP functional consulting.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Accounts Payables.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and integrity of financial statements under IFRS and local statutory reporting.
• Document current-state finance processes, identify redundancies and bottlenecks.
• Engineer future-state processes aligned with internal controls and standards.
• Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to test, deploy and manage changes.
• Translate finance requirements into technical specifications for workflow automation.
• Create and maintain user guides, conduct training, ensure audit readiness.
