Job summary

LA ROYALE INVESTMENTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an entrepreneurial Finance & Business Operations Lead to own day-to-day finance, accounting, payroll, corporate administration, and related operating processes in Singapore.

You will partner with the leadership team to build scalable finance systems for rapid international growth. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in finance operations, experience in a fast-paced tech startup, and hands-on proficiency with cloud-based SaaS tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an international technology startup or fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on capability across bookkeeping, payroll, payments, corporate administration, and finance operations.
• Comfortable with cloud-based accounting, payroll, expense-management, and other SaaS platforms.
• Good understanding of Singapore finance, accounting, and corporate administration practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping and accounting operations, using modern cloud-based and SaaS finance platforms.
• Process and coordinate monthly payroll, employee expenses, reimbursements, and related administration.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, payment processes, banking administration, and cash-flow monitoring.
• Coordinate corporate secretarial matters, statutory filings, board and shareholder documentation, and corporate records.
• Manage relationships with external accountants, auditors, payroll providers, banks, corporate secretaries, tax advisers, and other professional partners.
• Support tax, compliance, and regulatory requirements in Singapore and, as the footprint expands, other relevant jurisdictions.
• Prepare and improve monthly financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, management dashboards, and decision-support analysis.
• Establish simple, robust, and scalable finance processes, controls, policies, and administrative workflows.
• Select, implement, and optimize SaaS tools to automate finance and administrative processes wherever practical.
• Support the founder and leadership team on ad hoc financial, operational, and strategic projects.
• Contribute to fundraising processes and investor-related financial preparation, when required.
• Help build a finance and administration function capable of scaling across multiple markets and entities.

The Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and highly hands-onFinance & Business Operations Leadpartner to take ownership of theCompany’s day-to-day finance, accounting, payroll, corporate administration, and related operating processes.You will work closely with the leadership team while building the systems and discipline required to supportrapid international growth and related fundraising process.

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally including a first experience in an international technology startup or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to an early-stage or 0-to-1 company environment is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on capability across bookkeeping, payroll, payments, corporate administration, and finance operations - not only financial analysis.
• Comfortable with cloud-based accounting, payroll, expense-management, and other SaaS platforms.
• Good understanding of Singapore finance, accounting, and corporate administration practices.
• Familiarity with venture capital, startup financing, and fundraising processes is a plus.
• Able and willing to travel frequently as required by the business.
• Excellent command of English; Mandarin is preferred, and French would be a plus.
