Superpower X AI (Singapore) Technology Pte. seeks an accomplished finance leader to drive the company’s fundraising and financing strategy from equity to debt, and to shape its capital markets and strategic investment agenda.

Lead the Company's overall fundraising and financing strategy, including equity financing, debt financing, strategic investments and other capital solutions. Work closely with the CEO and senior management on capital allocation, business expansion, investment decisions and strategic planning.

Develop and maintain relationships with banks, PE/VC funds, strategic investors, family offices and other financial institutions, and lead financing discussions, roadshows and transaction execution
Lead financial modelling, valuation analysis, investor materials, management presentations and due diligence processes
Support the Company's medium- to long-term capital markets strategy, including pre-IPO financing, IPO readiness and potential listing-related projects
Lead or support M&A, joint ventures, strategic investments, acquisitions and divestments, including transaction structuring, valuation, negotiation and execution
Develop and continuously refine the Company's investment narrative and financial story for investors, lenders and other external stakeholders
Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-term financial planning and business analysis to support growth and major investment decisions
Build financial models to evaluate new markets, projects, customer contracts and other business opportunities, including profitability, cash flow and return on investment
Oversee internal finance operations, including accounting, month-end closing, management reporting, cash management, audit and statutory reporting
Build and lead a scalable regional finance team and finance operating model, and support the Company's future IPO readiness
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering or a related discipline; MBA, CFA, CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory
8+ years of relevant experience, ideally in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, strategic finance, M&A or senior in-house finance roles
Strong track record in equity/debt financing, capital markets, M&A, valuation and financial modelling, with hands-on transaction execution experience
Experience working directly with CEOs, Boards, investors, banks and professional advisors
Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, working capital and corporate finance management
Prior IPO, pre-IPO, listed-company or major capital-market transaction experience is highly preferred
Experience in technology, AI, digital infrastructure, data centers, cloud services or other high-growth industries is highly preferred
Experience across Singapore and Southeast Asia, including cross-border transactions, is strongly preferred
Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and analytical capability, with the ability to translate financial analysis into business decisions
Excellent communication, negotiation and senior-management presentation skills; fluent English is required, and Mandarin capability is preferred
