Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore seeks a Finance Billing Analyst to support the Finance team and collaborate with internal stakeholders across business functions.

Responsibilities include timely processing of billings, recording of order-to-cash, invoicing customers, supporting month-end close with accruals and journal entries, and liaising with customers on billing and collections. UAT participation and ad hoc process improvements are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE S4 Hana experience and revenue process
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline
• Prior experience in billing, accounts receivable, finance operations, or a similar role is preferred
• Good understanding of financial processes and basic accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support timely and accurate processing of billings and recording of order-to-cash transactions
• Calculate invoice amounts for customers and business partners
• Assist with month-end close, including accrual schedules and journal entries
• Liaise with external customers and internal stakeholders on billing and collections
• Issue invoices and receipts, send payment reminders, manage customer deposits
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives
