PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring an Accounts Receivable/Finance Operations Assistant to support billing, customer account administration and end-to-end receivables in a dynamic environment.

You will manage SAP-based processes, generate invoices, monitor collections, and prepare management reports while collaborating with stakeholders in a six-month contract at One North, Singapore. The role offers exposure to process improvements and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Finance Operations.
• Exposure to a Shared Services environment is an advantage.
• Must have experience in SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain customer master records in SAP.
• Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and related billing documents accurately.
• Ensure all billing transactions are supported by complete and accurate documentation.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, responding to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare periodic reports and analysis for management and business stakeholders.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers and research entities to ensure timely collections.
• Manage and respond to enquiries received through the Accounts Receivable shared mailbox.
• Support finance process improvement initiatives and perform other ad-hoc assignments when required.
